ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING
I haven’t received my order confirmation, where is it?
Please check your junk/trash folders for your order confirmation – if you haven’t received it is highly likely it’s waiting for you in your trash or junk mail!
If you have checked these and still can’t locate it please contact us at email@example.com and we will resend!
How long will it take for my items to be shipped?
We aim to have all items posted within 3 business days of purchase, once your order has been posted you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If three days has passed and you haven’t received this email (be sure to check your junk mail!) please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to follow up!
How will I know if my item/s have been posted?
An email containing your tracking number and shipping confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been posted.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
In some cases your tracking information may be emailed to you before the items have been collected and scanned in at the post office. If your tracking number isn’t working please check it again in 24 hours. If after this time it is still not working feel free to contact us for further investigation.
I received an email saying my order is complete but I haven’t received it?
This just means that it has been posted, sometimes if we are very busy we will complete orders but not upload their tracking information until the next day, this means it’s been sent but the tracking wasn’t attached at the time of completion.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we happily accept returns provided the below conditions are met.
The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent, unworn and resalable
The item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt
The item wasn’t on Sale or Clearance
If any of the above conditions are not met the return may not be accepted and will simply be returned to sender.

How do I return an item?
Please just pop your item back to us at PO BOX 1006 Bungalow 4870
with a brief explanation on why you are returning and your contact details,
alternatively we can email you a returns form please just contact us at email@example.com
Can I get a refund?
We only offer refunds if the item is faulty, doesn’t do what it is supposed to or is significantly not as described.
All other returns will be eligible for a store credit only.
Who pays the return postage charges?
If you are returning an item because it doesn’t fit or you no longer like/want it you are responsible for
all associated postage charges.
If you are returning an item because of a fault of ours ( eg. wrong item was sent, or it’s faulty) we cover all associated
How do I get my store credit after I have returned something?
Once we have received and processed your return we will email you advising you of your store credit,
the unique code you will need to access it and the total amount of the store credit. Please allow 5 business days
from receipt of your return to process and contact you, if you urgently need a size exchange please advise this
on the returns form.
Sizing information on each product listing is at our own discretion, we are always happy to provide exact measurements or further information on any product as we understand it can be tricky!
We happily provide exchanges or store credits for items that do not fit correctly, please refer to our shipping and returns section for more information!
As with any online shopping minor color differences can occur due to different screen resolutions and color settings,we do our best to accurately photograph our items but cannot take responsibility for minor color variations due to above reasons, however we happily provide exchanges or store credits for any item and for any reason so please refer to our shipping and returns section for more information.
